  1. Check your email for “Create your Benafica account now.” from “”.

    • If you do not see this, please check your spam folder or call us to receive a new code.
  2. Copy the code provided in this email.
  3. Enter in your personal information and Registration Code.
  4. Click on Register.
    • Click Here if you receive “Account with provided information was not found.” for steps on how to resolve this.
    • The information you enter must match EXACTLY what we have in our system.
  5. You will need to activate your account. Click Here to view a screenshot of this email.
  6. You should now be able to log in to your active account.

Should you need to reset your password, follow the simple steps below.

  1. On the log in page, click on “Forgot Password?” link or click HERE.
  2. Enter your email and click submit.
  3. Check your email for “Reset Password” from “”.
  4. Click on the blue “Reset Password” button.
  5. Enter in the email you provided in step 2.
  6. Create a new password. It must contain:
    • least 8 characters
    • At least 1 lowercase letter
    • At least 1 uppercase letter
    • At least 1 number
    • At least 1 special character
  7. Click the blue “Reset” button.
  8. You can now log in to your account with your updated password.

Should you wish to change your email address for any reason please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Log in using your current email address. Click below to view details on how to reset your password if you’re having trouble logging in.

  2. Once Logged in, you will see a blue button in the top right that says “Settings-YOUR NAME”, click this then click on “My Profile”.
  3. Enter your new email in the email text box.
  4. Click blue Save Button at the bottom.

Toggle Content

  1. Log in using the email and password used during account creation.
  2. For security purposes we use 2 factor authentication, look for a new email every time you log in with a 6 digit code.

  3. Enter your 6 digit code.
  4. Click Log In.

This error may be caused by a couple factors:

  1. First, please confirm the data you are entering is accurate.
  2. For names, your entry must match EXACTLY what we have in our system for you.
  3. If all is correct and you require further support this most likely means an error in information provided to Benngi.
  4. In order to resolve this, we need to review personal idetifying information with you via phone. Please call us at your earliest convenience and our Tech Support Team will be happy to assist.

If you have already created an account, and are trying to register using the registration link from an email, you can register with the following steps:

  1. Click the BenngiHealth link under applications after logging in.
  2. You will be presented with a subscription page with a box title “Connect to Benafica”.
  3. Enter your information, along with the registration code sent to you.
  4. Click “Connect to Benafica.”
In order to reset your password when you cannot remember your current password, please log out and return to the log in page and reset your password from there. Please see below if you need instructions:
