Health Partners Coverage Changes for COVID-19 Diagnostic Testing

If you’re a HealthPartners member, we’re providing coverage with no member cost share for administration of the COVID-19 laboratory test. We’re also providing coverage with no member cost share related to an in-network office visit or urgent care visit associated with the test*. Please note that coverage with no member cost sharing will not apply to an emergency department visit. If you have questions, call Member Services at the number on the back of your member ID card.*If the test or office or urgent care visit is done out-of-network, coverage will be applied based on out-of-network benefits. This information pertains to fully-insured members. Self-insured members should ask their employers for coverage details.
